Join our team as a Customer Support Agent for the German and English speaking markets!
At BuddyGuard you will be the voice of the company towards our customers and vice versa. As a Customer Support Agent, you answer questions, offer advice, hunt down bugs and serve as an advocate for both FLARE and our customers.
You are a perfect candidate if you…
- manage to be friendly and outgoing, even when things get tough
- know how to deliver timely and helpful responses to our customers
- can identify pain points and know how to escalate them to a higher level
- thrive on providing our community with excellent Customer Support
- have plenty of experience with ticket tools like Freshdesk and ZenDesk
- are fluent in German and English
